On Site Facilities.

Step-Free Access.

• Our Cafe has street level and step free access throughout. 

• Our Basement Gallery has no step free access and 25 steps.

• Motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters are welcome.

Toilets and Baby Changing. 

• All of our toilets are gender neutral. 

• One is accessible. 

• We have no baby changing facilities.

Seating.

• Chairs are available to borrow in the Gallery by asking a member of staff.

• The Café and Bar has indoor and outdoor seating.

Dog friendly. 

• Dogs are permitted throughout The Photobook Cafe.

Carer and companion tickets.

• Visitors can request a free companion or carer ticket to paid Workshops or Events. 

Visual, auditory and physical access. 

• Magnifying glasses, ear protectors and ear plugs are not currently available. However we can lower the music in our Cafe upon request, just ask at the Bar.

• We do not have a wheelchair available. 

Sensory access.

• Many of our exhibitions are not accompanied by sound, unless stated otherwise.

• Gallery lighting; bright white light.

• Cafe and Bar lighting; dimmed warm light.

• If you need a quiet space during your visit, please speak to a member of staff who can give you access to somewhere suitable.

• We are not an allergen free establishment.

• We handle our food effectively during preparation however we cannot guarantee cross contamination won’t occur.

• A full allergens sheet is available upon request for all of our products. 

• Dairy Free and Vegan options are available across our drinks and food menu.
